The Habasit Industrial Building is a project beginning construction in Oakville, Ontario. Arthur Electric Inc. is working closely with First Gulf on the Design Build project. The industrial building features a 800 amp service with efficient LED lighting throughout the warehouse, combined with occupancy lighting controls to further increase electrical savings. The exterior of the building is also fit up with LED wall packs.
