The Chartwell Road office building in Oakville is a Construction project in which we gladly worked as part of the First Gulf team. The construction was completed  in November of 2016 and was recently awarded a LEED Gold Certification for leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. Arthur Electric installed new state of the art LED lighting and lighting control system throughout the office to maximize electrical efficiency.
