The Parkhill buildings are a pair of office and warehouse buildings in Milton. Arthur Electric Inc. worked closely with Broccolini Construction on the design build project completed in May of 2018. The buildings are 85,000 square feet and 166,000 square feet respectively. The buildings feature a 1200 AMP service, and are outfitted with state of the art LED fixtures and lighting control control system to maximize electronic efficiency. Arthur Electric Inc. continued to work closely with all tenants to complete the fit up of their spaces.
