We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team.
We are looking for someone who brings strong estimating skills, an eye for detail, and a collaborative mindset to help us continue delivering high-quality electrical solutions across Ontario.
Job requirements include (but are not limited to):

Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical projects from conceptual stages through to project close, including material, labor, and equipment.

Independently manage the full tendering process, including reviewing drawings and specs, quantity take-offs, and bid preparation.

Develop and maintain pricing databases, vendor/supplier lists, and sub-trade relationships to ensure competitive pricing.

Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to clarify scope, resolve issues, and finalize bid submissions.

Analyze cost data from completed projects to identify trends, improve future estimates, and reduce discrepancies.

Provide insights and recommendations to enhance estimating accuracy and overall project profitability.

Participate in strategic planning and decision-making around project feasibility and risk assessment.

Support other estimating tasks or projects as assigned.

We are looking for dedicated Journeypersons to join our Service team! The ideal candidate will possess a 309A license, be in good standing with the Ministry, and be able to legally work in Canada. Previous experience operating a Service Truck is an asset.

Maintain current Certifications within Health and Safety and ensure all work is installed to meet and exceed ESA standards
