The BMW Warehouse in Mississauga was a design build project completed in January 2018. This 285,000 square foot office and warehouse was a design build project. Arthur Electric Inc. worked closely First Gulf to design the electrical to meet the clients needs. The building features an 1600 AMP service with efficient LED lighting throughout the offices and warehouse areas complete with the latest state of the art lighting control system which connects seamlessly to their building automation controls.
