Completed Projects
BMW Distribution Warehouse
The BMW Warehouse in Mississauga was a design build project completed in January 2018. This 285,000 square foot office and warehouse was a design build project. Arthur Electric Inc. worked closely with First Gulf to design the electrical to meet the clients needs.
Chartwell
The Chartwell Road office building in Oakville is a Construction project in which we gladly worked as part of the First Gulf team. The construction was completed in November of 2016 and was recently awarded a LEED Gold Certification for leadership in Energy and Environmental Design.
Delta Hotel
The Delta Hotel in Waterloo is a Construction project in which we gladly worked as part of the Stonerise Construction team. The construction was completed in 2014.
Habasit Industrial
The Habasit Industrial Building is a project beginning construction in Milton, Ontario. Arthur Electric Inc. worked closely with First Gulf on the Design Build project.
Highpoint Business Park Milton
The Parkhill buildings are a pair of office and warehouse buildings in Milton. Arthur Electric Inc. worked closely with Broccolini Construction on the design build project completed in May of 2018. The buildings are 85,000 square feet and 166,000 square feet respectively.
Indwell Hughson Baptist
The Indwell Hughson Baptist is a passive house project currently under construction in Hamilton. Arthur Electric Inc. is working closely with Schilthuis Construction on this 46,000 square foot Condominium and Gymnasium addition. The building ties off of the church with a fully glass enclosed walkway.
Industrial Warehouse Renovation
This Industrial Warehouse Renovation is currently under construction in Whitby, Ontario. Arthur Electric Inc. worked closely with Broccolini Construction on this project.
Landscape Ontario
The Landscape Ontario office in Milton is a renovation project in which we gladly worked as part of the Maple Reinders team. The renovation was started in January of 2019 and completed in October 2019.
Toronto Premium Outlets Parking Structure
The Toronto Premium Outlets Parking Structure is a project Arthur Electric Inc. completed in 2018. The structure is built beside the Toronto Premium Outlet Mall in Halton Hills, Ontario, and has direct inside access to the mall through the bridge and landing tower.
U-Haul Oakville
U-Haul Self Storage in Oakville is a construction project by Maple Reinders. The new 49,880 sq foot self storage space features 500 new cubical storage units.
Arrow Lofts
Owen Sound Retirement
This new Retirement home is a currently located in Owen Sound, Ontario. Arthur Electric Inc. worked closely with Sierra Construction on this construction project. The new Retirement complex is a 4 story structure with 128 separate units. The buildings will feature a 600 amp service.
Breslau Apartments
The Breslau Residential Apartments are a pair of buildings in Breslau, Ontario. Arthur Electric Inc. worked closely with Sierra Construction on this Construction Project
The Arrow Lofts Residential Condominium Building is a project under construction in Kitchener, Ontario. The phase 2 addition structure adds additional 3 level underground parking connecting to the existing parking structure, and a new 15 story Condominium building. Arthur Electric Inc. is working closely with Stonerise Construction on this construction project.
