The Toronto Premium Outlets Parking Structure is a project Arthur Electric Inc. completed in 2018. The structure is built beside the Toronto Premium Outlet Mall in Halton Hills, Ontario, and has direct inside access to the mall through The bridge and landing tower. Arthur Electric Inc. worked closely with Broccolini Construction to complete this design build project. The parking structure is a 5 level, 550,000 sq. foot structure featuring an intelligent parking system, occupancy controlled LED lighting and fire alarm.
